Industry Tours

Interested in touring one of Whitecourt’s pulp mills?  Contact the Whitecourt & District Chamber of Commerce at 780-778-5363 to book your industry tour.  Tours of Millar Western Forest Products and Alberta Newsprint Company are offered free of charge.  Tours are offered only during the summer months and are dependent on plant availability and operations.

Heritage Park Tours

Visit the Tourist Information Booth in the summer and staff will take you on a guided tour of the heritage buildings located in Heritage Park.  The Park features the old Blue Ridge Church, Baxter Cabin and a trappers shack.  Staff provide guided tours through the heritage buildings and offer insights as to the significance the buildings had in the history and development of our community.
