The Career and Education Expo & Job Fair is seeking exhibitors to participate in-person at the Allan & Jean Millar Centre on Thursday, September 21, 2023 from 9:00am-5:00pm.
Is your business recruiting for new talent and looking for specific skills? Want an opportunity to connect with job seekers and help youth explore careers?
This is your opportunity to showcase your organization, promote job opportunities, and recruit new employees – full time, part time, seasonal and/or permanent. Throughout the day, businesses can accept and/or distribute job applications and inform job seekers how to apply with your company.
What is a Career and Education Expo?
- Hands on participation/demonstration booths to explore various careers
- Skilled workers on site to answer questions about specific career paths
- A chance to promote a variety of career options across all industries
- Post-Secondary Institutions will be on-site to provide career pathway information
- Resources on-site to reach career goals (student funding, resume writing, training options)
- Highlight dual- credit and Registered Apprenticeship opportunities to students.
There is NO cost to register and each exhibitor will receive one 10’ x 10’ booth, table, and chairs to showcase their organization.
Previous years Career and Education Expo & Job Fair hosted close to 1000 job seekers from the general public and over 1000 students from across the region. Join us for 2023!
