Posted on:Consulting services are required for the creation of an Asset Management Implementation Plan (AMIP) for the Town of Whitecourt. The AMIP will allow the Town to create and implement specific, measurable, deliverable goals along with a strategy to provide a clear direction and approach to implement asset management for our community. Identification of skills, training, and resources for staff will ensure that the plan will succeed. The basis of the AMIP is to align infrastructure decisions with the Town's Strategic Plan and organizational goals and objectives, to ensure a sustainable and resilient community.
