The Town of Whitecourt invites qualified consulting firms to submit proposals to conduct an employee compensation review.
The Town has approximately 228 employees performing about 103 positions that provide the community with a wide range of municipal services that includes administration, finance, public works, recreation, water, wastewater and waste utilities. As per the Employee Policy Manual, a survey of overall salary grids and other areas of compensation such as benefits are completed every three years, or as required to ensure that the Town provide a competitive compensation plan for similar work in like municipalities.
