Sign Up for Utility E-Billing

The personal information collected through the Utility E-Billing Application Form is for the purpose of processing applications, including eligibility, review, and communication of decisions. This collection is authorized per section 4(c) of the Protection of Privacy Act. Monthly Utility E-Billing Terms and Conditions

(1) Utility bills will be emailed to the applicant's email address at the time utility bills are processed.

(2) It is the responsibility of the applicant to monitor whether or not they have received their utility bill by email each month. A HARD COPY OF UTILITY BILLS WILL NOT BE MAILED.

(3) Applicants are responsible for advising the Town, in writing, of any changes required, including applicant information, account information, sale of the property, cancellation of the e-billing.

(4) The information is being collected under Section 33(c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act and will be protected under the provisions of the Act. For more information, please contact the FOIP Coordinator at administration@whitecourt.ca or 780-778-2273.
