The Whitecourt RCMP are seeking community volunteers for the Whitecourt Citizens on Patrol Group.  If you are interested in becoming a COP Volunteer, please join us on Wednesday, October 15 at 6pm at the Forest Interpretive Centre for an introductory meeting.

Citizens on Patrol acts as extra "eyes and ears" for the Whitecourt RCMP.  The mission of COP is to build a safer community by encouraging citizens to participate in a community based crime prevention initiative in cooperation with local law enforcement.  For more information contact kristen.mcleod@rcmp-grc.gc.ca.

Join us for an evening of reflection, featuring a speech on the realities and statistics of domestic violence, and the importance of raising awareness. 

The Vigil will conclude with a walk to honour victims, and show solidarity with survivors of Domestic Violence.
