Vitalization Plan & Projects
The Town of Whitecourt has worked diligently to ensure core infrastructure is up to date and capable of meeting growing community demands. Our recreation facilities have expanded and undergone multi-million dollar enhancements, allowing Whitecourt residents to enjoy a wide variety of year round leisure opportunities. Your Town Council wants to make sure that we continue to offer residents a high quality of life, and that our community is a vibrant, thriving place to live and work. It is for this reasons that Whitecourt recently adopted the Vitalization Plan that encompasses the downtown and highway corridor areas.
Vitalization efforts have been lead by the Whitecourt Vitalization Committee which consists of members of Whitecourt Town Council, as well as public members.
