Riverboat Park Reopens
Posted on:The Town of Whitecourt continues to clean and repair areas impacted by recent floodwaters from the Athabasca and McLeod Rivers last week.
Riverboat Park has now reopened for ramp access to launch boats. While the Park itself has reopened, the following areas of the park remain closed:
- Cook Shack
- Quonset
- Playground; and
- Spurs
Closures remain in effect until further notice for:
- Riverside Trail from Flats Road through to 47 Street; and
- 47 Street north of Flats Road
Please respect and obey all signage and barriers to ensure your safety.
