The following decisions were made by the Municipal Planning Commission:

Application No. 25-077 – Discretionary Use Application for Equipment Sales, Rental and Repair, Heavy at 3321 37 Avenue – Approved with conditions.

Application No. 25-079 –Discretionary Use – Home Occupation, Family Day Home, at 3551 55 Avenue – Approved with conditions.

Application No. 25-081 – Variance Request to Reduce Front Yard Setback for a Detached Garage at 2 Feero Drive – Approved with conditions.
